Develop Empowering Habits

Anxiety disorders are often triggered by what we refer to as “stressors”. These are events that are often beyond your control. However, you can significantly reduce your anxiety by managing these stressors. One of the best ways to do this is to develop good habits. 

Here are some examples of good habits that can help reduce anxiety: 

  • Keep to a healthy diet and exercise routine 
  • Get enough sleep every night
  • Make time for your friends and family
  • Practice mindfulness and meditation
